You can't hide behind technology

It is so frustrating when technology companies (and other companies too!) try to hide behind technology. They have no human care side. They don't want to be bothered by those "pesky customers." You know---the people who pay their salary!

Well, I just had to write an article about it. So, here it is in the papers where I write regularly. Check it out and you'll get a smile. You'll also get some good tips on how to deal with it in the real world and overcome the junk that these companies throw at you.
